There is an amazing phenomenon that occurs constantly in the modern world. Individuals that are excellent at presenting in public move forward faster in their companies than people that don’t. We’ll take, for example, the current U.S. president, Barack Obama. He rose to the highest career position that’s possible in the world primarily based on what? While he may have a certain amount of professional experience, his comprehensive resume was much weaker compared with that of most former presidents. As a black American, he also had to transcend difficult racial barriers to be elected president. One could make a strong case for why he wasn’t completely ready to take on the job of president or why the country wouldn’t want to elect him (see reasons above).
